DR. ROBERT LANDIS LONG KILLED IN FRONT OF DAUGHTER
IT WAS a horrific, senseless crime and it has been cold a very long time. On Thursday, May 7, 1987 Robert Landis Long, 47, was out for a walk with his daughter in Gainesville, Florida. Two black males approached them on foot walking in the opposite direction. They continued walking past. But not long after, the suspects reappeared and demanded Long's money. He refused and gave chase. One turned around and shot him. Leaving Long bleeding to death on the sidewalk in front of his child. If you have any information contact the Gainesville Police.

The police are incompetent! Tips naming suspects have been sent to them and they have done NOTHING!
ReplyDeleteDO NOT contact Gainesville police. They know who did this! Try another way.
ReplyDeleteMr. Michael, my family was friends with the Longs. I would greatly appreciate you sending any information you have about this my way. If GPD won't do something about it, I will. My email address is benton.cr@gmail.com.
