A felon from Kalamazoo is under investigation because his DNA is similar to that taken from a hair found on Mihelich's body.
* Kenneth Kanehl, 39, and Pamela Barnes, 41, were found shot to death in a home on Brunswick in Waterford in July 2005.
* Mildred Siebert, 46, was stabbed several times on the driveway of her West Bloomfield home in 2002. Police have a pendant they say they believe the killer lost during the attack. The probe remains active.

One of the men who had been at the hometold cops a second man, who lived there, had smothered or strangled Frontera in the basement. He said the two of them threw her body in the Detroit River.
