ARE REMAINS MISSING UTAH MOM SUSAN COX POWELL?

COPS have made a shocking discovery in the deserts of Utah: unidentified human remains they fear are those of missing mom Susan Cox Powell. Her father told FOX NEWS that cops told him the remains were in a shallow grave. West Valley City Sgt. Mike Powell said: "It's a game of patience at this point. We need to slow down a little bit and identify what it is we found."
Powell, 28, vanished on Dec. 7, 2009 after not showing up for her job as a stockbroker. She had last been seen the previous day. Since her disappearance a staggering array of lurid details have emerged--including from her father-in-law who claims he had a sexual affair with her. Her husband, Josh Powell, has ludicrously claimed that Susan went winter
camping--in a blizzard. He is the only person of interest in the case.

Authorities have been searching since in the area near Topaz Mountain in Juab County. The site is about 135 miles southwest of the location where Susan Powell was last seen in West Valley City.
Last month, the nearly 2-year-old case turned salacious as family members on both sides sparred over truth and fiction, and accusations of sex and lies. Josh Powell's family claims Susan Powell was sexually promiscuous, emotionally unstable and suicidal. He has deniend killing her.
