And so began the statement announcing the grim discovery of the body of Breeann Rodriguez. The 3-year-old's body was found yesterday. She vanished Aug. 6 and neighbor, Shawn Morgan, 43, a father of three, was arrested in her sick murder. He's copped to everything and will likely get the needle for his troubles.
