MISSING Natalee Holloway's father is asking a court to declare his daughter dead, six years after she went missing during a graduation vacation to Aruba.
Dave Holloway said in a sworn statement that it was his "painful" belief that his daughter is dead adding that in the years he's spent searching for his daughter no evidence suggested that she was either alive or had run away from home.
His daughter was last seen in a car with Joran Van Der Sloot on the last day of her graduation trip to the beautiful holiday isle.
Her body has never been found despite extensive searches on both the island and it's surrounding waters.
The Dutchman who is currently being held in Peru for the murder of Stephany Flores, appeared to admit to the murder in a documentary.
COPS IN Aruba tell the National Enquirer they now have two witnesses who saw a woman being violently attacked. They now believe the victim was missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner. SHOCKING images found on the camera of the boyfriend of Robyn Gardner, the Maryland woman who disappeared in Aruba, have been described as "beyond pornographic", sources say.
