SHE HAS WAITED for love and justice for nearly a dozen years. Jane Doe was found dead on the morning of July 21, 1999 outside Racine, Wisconsin. She had been horribly abused and no one ever identified her. Her murder also remains unsolved.
Cops say she is white, between 18 and 30, 5'8" and 120 lbs. She had brown hair and eyes and two front teeth that slightly protruded. She had some missing and decayed teeth, her ears double pierced. Now, the grim part: Jane Doe was repeatedly tortured for up to four weeks before her death. She suffered burns and blunt force trauma to much of her body, a nose fracture, cuts to the head, abrasions to the forehead, a heavily battered left ear - often called a cauliflower ear - and showed signs of being both sexually abused and malnourished.
Det. Cary Madrigal said: "This is the case that burns in all of our minds,

COPS HOPE DNA IDs 1969 JANE DOE MURDER VICTIM
COPS IN Washington State have exhumed the remains of a woman found murdered in 1969 in the hope her DNA could crack two cold cases. King County detectives say the bodies of two women were found on a rural road. On June 5, 1969, Jane Doe's decomposed body was found off a dirt road a mile west of the Tolt River Bridge in east King County. Cops named the unidentified murder victim “Tolt Hill Jane Doe.”
A portion of a skull from a second victim--a young adult female--was found in 2006 about three blocks from where Jane Doe's lifeless body was found. The second victim has also never been identified. Now, cold case cops suspect the two slayings may be linked.
Sgt. John Urquhart said: “They hope to first find out who the person was, then find her killer."

NO CLOSURE FOR JANE DOE FOUND DISMEMBERED IN '73
IT WAS a sickening find. On June 13, 1973 San Diego Police discovered the dismembered body of a young woman underneath a pier. Her body had been dismembered and placed into an orange suitcase and several green plastic garbage bags. The suitcase contained the woman's torso and arms wrapped in a green plastic bag. Another bag found in the water beneath the Embarcadero boardwalk held her head and police divers said they found two legs floating 100 yards apart in the bay.
The victim of this sinister crime has never been identified--nor has the killer. The reason is also lost to the ages. She was white, in her late teens or early 20s, 5'1 and about 150 lbs. She had black medium length hair, perfect teeth was likely of Italian or Portuguese background. Cops say there was a ½“ birthmark
