She vanished Aug. 6 and neighbor, Shawn Morgan, 43, a father of three, was arrested in her sick murder. He's copped to everything and will likely get the needle for his troubles. THE FBI has announced a reward of $25,000 for information on the disappearance of 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez. In addition to the FBI reward, the Senath Marshal's Office is offering a reward of up to $20,000, making the total reward up to $45,000. Breeann was last seen around noon Saturday near her home in Senath, Missouri. She was wearing a pink shirt, pink and purple pants and was riding a pink bicycle with training wheels.
